CNC Elegance HV When creating the Elegance machine, our goal was to restore each rim to its original appearance and shine, as if it had just left the factory. This resulted in the creation of a machine that not only allows for the removal of scratches on the rim but also enables certain modifications and comprehensive refurbishment. The CNC machine is equipped with a 17.3-inch touch screen with a user-friendly graphical interface. The movable control panel is designed to always be in the right place during machine operation, and after completion, it returns to a special recess where it does not protrude beyond the machine's outline. Control buttons and a special knob allowing the operator very precise control are installed under the touch screen. The heart of the control panel is a computer running on the Windows OS. It has a built-in WI-FI card that allows printing a report for the client of the work done or sending it directly via email. The software guides the client step by step through the various stages such as: verification of centering, setting the start and end point of measurement, creating G-CODE, simulation of the pass, cutting. Thanks to the ability to save G-Code, each subsequent identical rim can be made without having to go through all the stages. The machine offers three operating modes: Open Mode – for beginners, the software guides the client step by step. Pro Mode – for advanced users, the client decides which work stages to use, making selections on a single dashboard. Free Mode – for specialists who want to manually control the lathe knife to give the rim a unique shape. Responding to market needs, we have created a simulation mode that allows the client to check the path the blade will follow before the final rim processing. The client decides how close to the rim they want to perform this simulation. Two working planes and an ultra-precise touch sensor. The Elegance CNC is equipped with a touch sensor allowing measurement accuracy up to 0.001 mm. A special holder allows processing of rims horizontally up to 28 inches and vertically up to 22 inches.
