EVERT-X IVR – INNOVATIVE ENERGY-SAVING COMPRESSORS The EVERT-X IVR screw compressors set a new standard for energy-efficient devices. The innovative 1:1 direct drive fully utilizes the power of the electric motor. The unique design of the screw module and motor reduces vibration levels to a minimum and eliminates energy losses caused by bearing friction. The high energy class of the motor - IE3 ensures that the unit has an excellent power-to-energy consumption ratio. The industrial inverter with a very wide frequency range smoothly controls the device's operation, allowing for a soft start and optimization of speed/performance to the current compressed air consumption in the plant. The inverter is preceded by an EMC filter preventing potential voltage feedback into the network, protecting every electronic device from voltage spikes. The versatile MAM-6080 controller allows for a range of compressor settings and full monitoring of the machine and work processes. The Wi-Fi module takes the EVERT-X IVR series to a completely new, highest level of functionality. Remote control of the device, full process control from a distance by the user, provides comfort in device operation. Remote compressor control by an authorized service ensures maximum safety for your plant's operation. Warranty • The compressor is covered by a 3-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of installation and commissioning at the user's site. • It is possible to extend the warranty by 2 years (up to 5 years total) for a one-time fee of 2200 PLN net. Delivery and installation • Delivery of the device within the territory of the Republic of Poland is free and organized by Inter Cars S.A. • Installation and commissioning of the compressor will be carried out by an authorized technical team within 14 days from the moment of sending, via email, a correctly completed document confirming the user's readiness to start using the device. • Installation and training are free of charge. Documents and certificates • INTER CARS S.A. declares that the devices comply with all European and national standards applicable to the device in question. Along with the delivery of the device, necessary documents such as certificates, declaration of conformity, and user manual in Polish will be provided.
