Referring to Article 11(4) of the REGULATION (EU) NO 517/2014 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 16 April 2014 on fluorinated greenhouse gases and repealing Regulation (EC) No 842/2006, and Article 10(1,2,5) of the Act of 15 May 2015 on substances that deplete the ozone layer and certain fluorinated greenhouse gases, Inter Cars SA sells the refrigerant R134a exclusively with a VAT invoice and upon presentation of a certificate of completed training (as specified in the aforementioned act) or by signing a declaration of possessing such a certificate.
