Ceramizer for manual gearboxes and rear axles Regeneration is carried out without dismantling the devices, during their normal operation, simply by adding the preparation to the oil in the gearbox or rear axle. The ceramic-metal layer builds up in all places where metal-to-metal friction occurs, especially in worn (abraded) areas. This layer evens out and covers micro-defects, scratches, and deformations of surfaces subject to friction. It can be compared to micro-welding a thin layer of material in worn areas.
