Main parameters of Fortelock Industry Ultra PVC tiles: The Industry Ultra type is designed for extremely loaded floors and the highest industrial loads. The tiles can be loaded with pallet and forklift trucks up to a weight of 6600 kg without the need for fastening (at a temperature of 20 °C). They are particularly intended for rooms with high point or dynamic loads, primarily for warehouse, industrial production halls, and logistics centers. They feature quick and easy installation, maintenance, and surface cleaning. The tiles can be laid in stages without the need for work interruption. If necessary, individual tiles can be easily replaced with new ones without dismantling the entire floor. Thanks to the resistant locking system, the tiles interlock firmly with each other. Easy color combination and creation of corridors, roads, and guiding stripes are ensured. The surface is resistant to chemicals and abrasion. It surprises with easy maintenance and surface cleaning. It provides thermal and acoustic insulation. It is made of very durable, homogeneous 100% PVC (100% recyclable). It is also available in an ECO version made from recycled material. Individual graphic designs can be printed on the tiles – logos, company names, room markings, direction markings, escape routes, etc. Manufactured in the Czech Republic. Warranty up to 12 years.
