EXPERT TIG 220 AC/DC PULSE LCD +TIG set EXPERT TIG 220 AC/DC is a professional inverter welder for TIG welding of all metals, including aluminum and stainless steel. The device allows TIG and TIG PULSE welding with alternating current (AC), direct current (DC), and MMA. Technical parameters EXPERT TIG 220 AC/DC PULSE LCD is a portable power source, made with IGBT technology, designed for TIG and TIG PULSE welding with alternating current (AC), direct current (DC), and MMA welding with a coated electrode using direct current (DC). Its small size and weight make the device perfect for both workshop and fieldwork. The device has welding modes: TIG DC, TIG DC PULSE, TIG AC, TIG AC PULSE, TIG SPOT, TIG 2-LEVEL, MMA AC, MMA DC, MMA PULSE. The TIG DC and TIG DC PULSE functions are used for welding stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels, copper, and titanium. The TIG AC and TIG AC PULSE functions allow welding of aluminum and its alloys, as well as brass. The TIG SPOT function enables the tack welding of thin materials. The TIG 2-LEVEL function: the "2-level" current regulation allows switching between higher and lower current levels by pressing the button on the welding torch. By adjusting the parameters of the TIG PULSE pulsed welding, we can influence the shape of the weld and the focus of the arc. Pulsed welding also allows reducing the amount of heat delivered to the material and is used when welding thin materials. Arc ignition occurs in a non-contact (HF) or contact (LIFT) mode. The LIFT function is used when welding in environments with a high risk of electromagnetic interference affecting the surroundings. Both in non-contact HF and contact LIFT ignition, we have the option to choose the button function on the TIG torch between 2-stroke or 4-stroke mode (button lock for long welds). A clear and easy-to-use control panel allows precise device adjustment, ensuring stable parameters and high welding quality. The device has 9 user welding program memory slots. ANTI STICK: anti-short-circuit - automatically turns off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the welded material, making it easier to detach and preventing accidental arc formation Physical parameters The device has a fan cooling system, which significantly increases its efficiency. The fan cooling system - activated only when needed - reduces internal contamination of the device. The quick-connect gas connection to the welding torch allows immediate connection and disconnection of the welding torch without tools. The device is equipped with overload protection, increasing its reliability. Power parameters Single-phase 230V power supply. The device is equipped with a power plug. Equipment The delivery includes the device with a complete set of TIG and MMA accessories: TIG 26 welding torch with remote control, 4 meters long, MMA electrode cable 3 meters long, ground cable 3 meters long.
