Characteristics:
A multifunctional filler with very high flexibility mainly intended for plastic substrates, including polypropylene. Easy to apply and model. It has the properties of both filling and finishing putty. Provides high-quality coating after mechanical processing, leaving no holes or pores. It also shows very good adhesion to metal surfaces (steel, galvanized steel, aluminum) and polyester laminates.
Usage:
The substrate to be repaired must be clean, dry, degreased, and matted. Thoroughly mix the filler mass with the hardener in an amount of 2-3% by weight, then apply to the substrate for about 3 - 5 minutes at 20 °C – higher temperatures shorten the product's pot life and accelerate the curing process.
WARNING: Overdosing the hardener may cause discoloration of the topcoat. It is not recommended to use the product at temperatures below 15 oC. Do not apply directly on reactive primers and one-component acrylic products.
