SUPER LIGHT FILLER: 0RS005-1L
Characteristics: Super light polyester filler, characterized by very good adhesion to steel, aluminum, galvanized substrates, wood, and polyester laminates. Soft and easy to work with, 45% lighter than universal filling fillers. Particularly recommended for repairing large surfaces, e.g., roof, doors, trunk lid, for car bodies of passenger cars and trucks, buses, and rail vehicles.
Usage: The surface to be repaired must be clean, dry, degreased, and matted. Thoroughly mix the filler mass with the hardener in an amount of 2-3% by weight, then apply to the substrate for about 8 - 10 min. at 20 oC - higher temperature shortens the product's life and accelerates the curing process.
NOTE: Overdosing the hardener may cause discoloration of the topcoat. It is not recommended to use the product at temperatures below 15 oC.
