Waterproof low-volatility grease based on silicone polymer-polydimethylsiloxane used as a protective lubricating coating or compound for electrical insulation (high dielectric strength) and as a release agent resistant to a wide range of temperatures and moisture. Amorphous silica is used as a filler. The product is recommended for metal/plastic, metal/rubber applications. The grease is characterized by high thermal stability, withstands temperatures from -57 °C to 204 °C, is resistant to oxidation, effective even in small quantities, and is inert to most metals, polymers, and organic materials. It is an odorless silicone mixture insoluble in water (with high hydrophobic properties), methanol, ethanol, glycerin, and mineral oil, and resistant to aqueous solutions, as well as a wide range of chemicals, mineral and vegetable oils, diluted acids, and bases. Due to its properties, the product is used as a sealant for ignition systems of airplanes, cars, and boats, as well as an insulator for spark plug bundles, electrical circuit connections, and electrical systems and terminal devices.
