Before installing a new ABS wheel speed sensor, the mounting hole must be thoroughly cleaned and restored to its nominal size. The ideal tool for this type of work is the ATE reamer. Using the reamer allows for precise cleaning of the 18 mm diameter hole intended for mounting the ABS wheel speed sensor without enlarging the hole diameter or the sensor wheel.
