Abrasive material created based on microreplication technology of abrasive grains. In Trizact products, the abrasive material is formed into pyramid shapes, consisting of numerous layers of abrasive minerals. During use, the pyramids wear down, exposing new, equally sharp grains, resulting in long disc life and a smooth surface finish. The unique construction of the 3M Trizact structural material provides: Consistent and uniform finish quality. Greater cutting power. Protection against surface overheating. Reduction of the surface preparation process for polishing to a few steps. The product is dedicated and used for surface preparation for polishing with 3M Famous Finish compound. It is mainly intended for reducing scratches that occur during the process of removing paint defects (inclusions, scratches, poor paint structure) and for even and quick surface preparation for the polishing process. Trizact P3000 and P8000 should work on a slightly moistened paint surface. To achieve a perfect surface for polishing, after using the Trizact P3000 disc, it is recommended to use the Trizact P8000 disc (3M 30806).
